1. What we collect

Account details (name, mobile, optional WhatsApp), the information you submit in a service form, wallet and transaction records, support messages, and any files you upload.

2. How we protect it

Every table is protected by row-level security, so your records are readable only by you and the authorised staff handling your request.

Uploads and result files are kept in private storage buckets and are served only through short-lived signed links.

3. Who can see your data

You, and the specific staff roles required for your request: order managers, the assigned provider, finance for wallet matters, and support agents for tickets you open.

We never sell your data or share it with other customers.

4. Retention

Order, wallet and audit records are retained for accounting and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your account data where retention is not legally required.

5. Your choices

You can update your profile details at any time from your account settings, and open a support ticket to request a copy or deletion of your data.
